• Registrations are made at the time of procuring admissions.
• Guardians should fill in the admission form with utmost accuracy. No subsequent changes will be permitted for any reasons whatsoever.
• Date of Birth certificate, Original Transfer Certificate from a school affiliated to the Central Board Of Secondary Education on proper format prescribed by the CBSE duly counter-signed by the Regional Officer CBSE of that region.
• Original Transfer Certificate duly counter – signed by the District Education Officer in respect of students coming from other recognized/un-recognised/private schools.
• Attested Photostat copy of marks statement from the board/school.
• 6 copies of the recent passport size photographs of the student.
• Original migration certificate from Board in respect of students admitted in Class XI and XII from other boards.
• Attested photocopy of the ‘Certificate of School-based Evaluation’ in respect of students admitted in class XI coming from schools affiliated to CBSE.
